Exclusive music festival catering
Experience over transaction. Green power behind the booth.
Coexist, LLC builds premium festival food experiences. Our flagship line, Danklicious, is a new take on edible novelty—safe-to-eat cookie dough rolled in biodegradable edible paper, portioned like culture (7 small / 9 large), named like a set list (Blue Dream, Runtz…), and delivered from an all-electric Tesla Cyberbeast.
The business model
Festivals don’t buy calories. They buy moments.
Coexist is positioned as an exclusive catering experience for music festivals and VIP hospitality—not a generic snack cart. Danklicious is the product engine: edible cookie dough, a category guests already love, reinvented as rolled novelties with biodegradable edible wrappers and a brand system lenders can underwrite as food manufacturing + mobile retail.
1 High-intent venue
Festival crowds pay for vibe. Novelty that photographs well supports premium tickets and short lines that still feel special.
2 Confectionery COGS
Base dough is commodity inputs (flour, sugar, fat, inclusions). Specialty form factor and brand capture the margin—classic edible-dough economics, festival pricing.
3 Electric ops
Cyberbeast reduces diesel burn, can supply booth power, and becomes the mascot of a green operator—OpEx story + PR in one asset.
Danklicious product system
Rolled like a joint. Built like dessert. Sold like culture.
Two core formats keep production, training, and POS simple. Flavor “strains” rotate by season and festival lineup cards.
Mini — “Joint” · 7 rolls
- Impulse size for walk-up guests
- Target festival price $12–15
- Modeled mid COGS ~$1.20–$3.05 (ingredients + paper + pack + direct labor)
- Best for volume and first-timer conversion
Blunt — 9 large rolls
- Shareable / couple / photo moment
- Target festival price $18–24
- Higher absolute margin per ticket
- VIP flights: multi-name boxes for hospitality
All dollar figures are planning estimates for investor/lender education. They must be replaced with pilot kitchen invoices before formal underwriting.

Unit economics
Where the margin lives
Specialty edible cookie dough is a known high-interest category. At festival prices, even conservative COGS leaves room for venue commission, labor, and travel—especially with electric logistics.
| Mini (7-roll) · mid case | Amount | Notes |
|---|---|---|
| Dough ingredients | ~$0.70 | Bulk flour, sugar, fat, inclusions |
| Edible paper + seals | ~$0.25 | Food-grade sheets |
| Sleeve / sticker / lot | ~$0.35 | Brand + traceability |
| Direct labor (roll & pack) | ~$0.65 | Falls with batch process |
| COGS total | ~$1.95 | Pilot range ~$1.20–$3.05 |
| Festival price | ~$14 | Before venue cut |
| Gross margin | ~$12 · ~86% | Product-level; not net profit |
Festival-day sketch (target)
- ~500 blended units · ~$16 avg ticket → ~$8k gross
- Venue ~20% + COGS ~20% + labor + energy
- Illustrative contribution ~$3.5k–$4k / strong day
- 12 strong days → meaningful season proof for debt service narrative
What we will prove before scale
- Real COGS from commercial kitchen pilot (200+ units)
- One public or private sell-through weekend
- Soft LOI with a festival food coordinator
- Allergen, lot code, and permit checklist complete

Founder
Mark Webster · Managing Member
Mark Webster (Mark Warren Webster on federal and bureau records) has been the principal of COEXIST, LLC since the company’s 2016 formation era—sole member on the IRS EIN notice, registered agent across CT/NY address history, and Managing Member on the 2026 Connecticut reinstatement that restored the same charter 1206710. Official Certificate of Legal Existence C-00218167 (issued Jul 21, 2026) confirms the LLC is in existence.
He built Coexist as a seasonal food and hospitality operator serving craft product from a mobile platform—documented in the 2017 general ledger with summer-weighted food sales, Liberty Bank cash activity, and festival-tagged events. After a multi-year step-down (and an honest entity reinstatement—not a brand-new shell), he is leading the Danklicious chapter: rolled edible novelties, exclusive festival catering, and an all-electric Cyberbeast as logistics, power, and mascot.
Parallel work in software and creative services (affiliate SLAY LLC, disclosed for SBA affiliation rules) stays outside Coexist’s treasury. The point of capital is simple: fund the engine so guests get an experience, and lenders get a file that can be underwritten.
Why capital can diligence him
- Legal existence — CT Express Certificate C-00218167 (Jul 21, 2026)
- Continuous identity — same charter & EIN line, not a reset LLC
- Operating proof — 2017 food sales & ~74% ops gross margin
- Clean bureau legal screen — no liens/judgments/UCC/BK on Creditsafe pull
- Low-risk score band — Creditsafe B / 64 (thin trade file acknowledged)
- Transparent restart — hiatus and reinstatement explained up front
- Experience-first ethos — product and service designed for guests, not dump-and-dash

The engine
Cyberbeast: logistics, power, and mascot.
Capital isn’t just “buy a truck.” The Tesla Cyberbeast is the operating system of Coexist: haul the booth, cut diesel spend, power the experience, and signal that green business can thrive at volume.
Travel OpEx
All-electric miles vs diesel box truck—lower fuel variability and a cleaner story for sponsors and municipalities.
On-site power
Vehicle power supports lighting, POS, and small cold load—less reliance on loud, dirty generators when load fits.
Brand equity
A rolling icon guests photograph. The vehicle is merch, billboard, and proof of dedication in one asset.
Trust & dedication
Customers remember how you made them feel.
Coexist is built on experience design—not dumping product and collecting cash. Hosts, not cashiers. Clean labels. Explicit 0% THC. A green fleet that matches the values of the crowds we serve.
For the guest
- Memorable product with ritual unwrapping
- Flavor “lineup” that feels curated
- Transparent allergens and food-safety practice
- Photo-worthy moment → organic social proof
For capital partners
